Anyone who is on a gluten free diet knows that mouthwatering desserts
are hard to find. Thats why when I was diagnosed as a celiac
I made it my mission to transform everyone's favorite dessert, The
Triple Thrill Cookie into a gluten free recipe. A taste test proved no
difference between a regular wheat cookie and the gluten free version .
It's a delectable mix of creamy caramel, rich chocolate, pecans and
gluten free oats for a crunchy cookie finish.
I was encouraged by others to share them with the gluten free world.
